Lizzy Berry is not responsible for the mishandling of your product after it has left the warehouse, however we will try to accomodate any problems encountered in shipping. Overnight only shipping policy for all dipped berries due to their sensitivity and shelf life. During extreme weather, shipping and handling fees may increase.
